Dr. Naho Shioya
Founder & Principal
Dr. Naho Shioya is an artist, educator, and facilitator who moves at the intersection of creativity, justice, and systems change. With over 20 years of experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors, she is known for building bridges across differences and guiding organizations through complex transformations. Her work is deeply shaped by her practice as a theater artist—where imagination becomes action and theory is embodied in practice. This creative foundation informs how she helps others imagine new possibilities and take meaningful steps toward a more just and human-centered future.
As the founder and principal of SOZO Evolution, LLC, Dr. Shioya brings a collaborative and curiosity-driven approach to her work with organizations and individuals navigating change.
She has led transformative conversations on race and social justice, supported leadership teams in reimagining organizational culture, and developed strategies that drive systemic change.
